Meet the Owner

Steve Glasser is an effective property manager with proven ability to manage and direct all aspects of property operations.  His strengths are in the financial administration, tenant relations, project management and property maintenance.  Steve is a highly-skilled professional with a proven record in improving efficiency, productivity and profitability through innovative procedures.  Steve has over 20 years of experience developing residential real estate in Southern California.  As a licensed real estate broker, he has established a tremendous network and valuable relationships with brokerage, development and investment
contacts.  He draws on all of this collective experience to provide the best property management services for his clients.

In addition to his real estate development business, Steve also practiced law for many years. He has a great deal of experience representing real estate investors, developers and operators .  During his legal career, Steve’s practice focused on anticipating risk, managing and negotiating contracts to obtain mutually desirable and successful results and resolving controversies.  Steve graduated from San Diego State University and California Western School of Law.  Steve’s experience as a licensed real estate broker, real estate developer and lawyer has given him the foundation and unique ability to be able to provide his clients with superior operational results and excellent customer service.
